## Description

Webuild ([www.webuildstaffing.com](http://www.webuildstaffing.com)) is seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to assume a leadership role within a growing land surveying team. This position offers the opportunity to manage complex surveying projects while providing strategic direction to field crews and supporting high-profile land development initiatives.


**Key Responsibilities**


You will lead in-office surveying operations, manage project workflows, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include preparing boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeouts, as-builts, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and topographical surveys, while coordinating closely with engineering staff to support integrated project delivery.


**Candidate Profile**


The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of land surveying experience, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or a related discipline, and active PLS registration in Pennsylvania and/or Ohio. Proficiency with Civil 3D, Trimble surveying equipment, and other industry-standard software is required. Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills are essential.
