Land Survey Technician, LSIT

Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is seeking a Land Survey Technician to provide in-office support and assist Project Surveyors in managing an active portfolio of land development projects in the Seattle area. This position offers the chance to contribute to complex projects and grow within a collaborative surveying team.

Key Responsibilities

You will support the creation of boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeout sheets, as-builts, and topographical surveys while collaborating closely with senior staff to ensure precision and adherence to project and regulatory standards by processing of field notes, developing construction calculations, and preparing survey drawings for a range of projects, including commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in land surveying within engineering firms, consulting companies, or government agencies, an Associate’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field, LSIT certification, and proficiency in AutoCAD LDD and Civil 3D. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
