Land Survey Technician – AutoCAD

Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is seeking a detail-oriented Land Survey Technician to provide essential in-office support for land development projects throughout Pennsylvania. This role allows you to develop surveying expertise while collaborating closely with senior survey staff and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will process field notes, perform construction calculations, and prepare precise survey drawings for commercial, residential, and municipal developments. Responsibilities also include developing boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeout sheets, as-builts, and topographical surveys using AutoCAD LDD and Civil 3D, while ensuring compliance with project and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of land surveying experience, an Associate’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline, strong written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
