Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) has been retained to identify a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily, senior living, and mixed-use developments across the Sacramento region. Key Responsibilities

The Construction Project Manager will lead projects through all phases from rough grading to final closeout for developments valued between $10 million and $50 million. Responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining construction schedules, preparing scopes of work and budgets, processing RFIs and change orders, coordinating vendors and subcontractors, and providing hands-on onsite supervision to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role also requires managing multiple concurrent projects while fostering a high-performing team environment.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates bring over ten years of progressive construction management experience, including five or more years in multifamily or podium-style projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
