Civil Engineer, PE – Project Manager

Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is conducting a confidential search for a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects across oil and gas, power, and civil/utility sectors in Houston, Texas. This is a senior-level, hands-on leadership role overseeing the complete project lifecycle from conceptual design to construction support.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for site design, underground utilities (comprising roadways, pads, sewer systems, water infrastructure, storm drains and power), as well as rough and final grading, hydraulic calculations and landscape/erosion plans. Additional responsibilities include developing project cost estimates / project budgets, schedules, coordinating permitting and managing client relationships. The Project Manager will be tasked with coordinating all project teams to ensure quality and compliance.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline and possess PE licensure in Texas. Eight or more years of relevant experience is required, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, proven leadership, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
