This is a hands-on leadership position with responsibility for full project lifecycle oversight.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Civil Engineer will manage civil design activities, including site layout, utilities, grading, and hydraulic calculations. The role includes overseeing project budgets and schedules, coordinating with municipal agencies, consultants, and clients, and ensuring all projects meet regulatory, technical, and quality standards. The position also involves mentoring and guiding project teams to ensure excellence in delivery.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Washington PE license. Eight or more years of experience in land development is required, with expertise in site design, utilities, grading, and hydraulic calculations. Strong leadership, AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, and exceptional communication skills are essential.
