This role offers the chance to manage multiple high-value residential projects and contribute to the success of a fast-growing, prestigious development firm.

Key Responsibilities

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery for homes valued up to $4 million, including developing and maintaining schedules, preparing scopes of work and budgets, processing change orders, managing RFIs, coordinating subcontractors, and providing onsite supervision. The role ensures quality control, adherence to construction standards, and the safe, efficient execution of multiple concurrent projects.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have ten or more years of construction management experience, with at least five years in custom or production residential projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience is required. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
