Construction Project Manager – Residential

Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is engaged to recruit a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of custom residential developments throughout Sacramento. This is a hands-on leadership role offering ownership of multiple projects and the chance to deliver high-quality, client-focused residential construction.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will manage all aspects of project delivery for homes up to $4 million in value, including scheduling, budgeting, scope management, RFIs, change orders, vendor coordination, onsite supervision, and quality control. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety and construction standards.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates have over ten years of construction management experience, including five years in residential custom or production construction. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is required. Leadership, communication, and project management expertise, along with MS Office and MS Project proficiency, are essential.
