Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is seeking a skilled Land Survey / AutoCAD Technician to provide in-office support for land development projects throughout the Golden Triangle. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to high-quality surveying work while developing technical expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D applications.

Key Responsibilities

You will process and interpret field data, prepare detailed boundary surveys, record plats, easements, and construction stakeout sheets, and assist in producing as-built and topographical surveys. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with project surveyors, reviewing survey data for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and project-specific requirements for commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of surveying experience within engineering firms, consulting organizations, or government agencies, and be highly proficient in AutoCAD LDD and Civil 3D. An Associate’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline is required, along with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
