Senior Estimator – Multi-Family Construction

Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to lead estimating operations for multifamily residential development projects across Northern California. This is a high-impact role for an experienced professional with a proven record in preconstruction estimating and proposal development. This is a estimating leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

You will review contracts and bids, conduct site walk-throughs, perform detailed quantity takeoffs, develop comprehensive cost estimates, identify value-engineering opportunities, create conceptual estimates, and establish project budgets and scopes of work. The role also includes playing a central role in building strong client relationships, mentoring an estimating team, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must hold a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, have at least ten years of construction experience with a minimum of five years in estimating, and be proficient in estimating software such as PlanGrid or Builder Construct. Certification as a Professional Estimator (CPE) is preferred but not required.
